Beware!!! This man is running a scam and pretending to accept rental applications with a fee but never processes them. He is highly unprofessional, took $84 "application fees" and ghosted us the entire time after. He has no interest renting out the unit and makes money out of these so called "application fees". It's also suspicious that he is trying to rent the same property on which he has his realty firm (Digital Realty) registered.
