Gas hot water on demand. Sunken living room with antique wood stove, rannai heater and big picture window overlooking the pond. There are 2 bedrooms both with hardwood flooring. Primary room has lots of closet and a beautiful bedroom set that is included. (Much of the furnishings do remain). Storage sheds with one having the washer and dryer. Water and sewer hookups are turned off in the winter months but the campground does have a bath house with coin operated laundry that can be used year round. This sets on a double lot, campground fee will be $3000 per year. Easy access to the ATV trail system from your site. Really a cool and friendly community to be in. "Camping" made easy!
